I think about this place as an inverted bike shop, where you come in and you describe what you’re looking for and then we get to work trying to build up a bike that will kind of answer the questions you have, the bike that you described.
And most people that come in here realize that, we’re not selling just tonnes of bikes off the wall, we’re selling a … it’s a process. And I think we’re coming out a little differently.
