無料でなんらかのサービスを利用している場合、ユーザーは現物支給の従業員である。ユーザーとして好き勝手に振る舞えばいいというのが労働条件だから、事前に説明はない。あえていうなら利用規約がそれにあたる。なんだか楽しみながら労働できてしまうから気づかない。無料でラッキーと思っているが、実は労働である。自分で意識しているかどうかにかかわらず、なんらかの労働を行なっており、その対価にサービスを現物支給として利用している。この場合「顧客」は、どこか別のところにいると捉えるのが正しい。
